Got back into RS about 4 years ago after having quit sometime in 2007. Started with my main and thats the account i play on mostly. I have an almost maxed pure and a low level zerker. Always been a pker and thats almost all i do exclusively. Got 2k total on my main a few months ago and burnt out shortly after, my current goal is Fremmy elite diary.
 
Tell us about your clan history.
Aside from pking with a couple steamer teams when i first got back into RS, WG was my first real clan. I was in WG for about two years if i remember correctly. I've had many good times within the clan, i also learnt a lot during my time in WG. Eventually decided to join Sovereign to take up pking full time. I was in SV for about a year. I continued to learn and clan competitively for a while before the clan went inactive.

Im 24yrs old from Canada, you can call my Shootie. Im currently working full time in construction. When im not working im usually playing games or doing things outside.
 
How did you hear about us?  When i first heard about WG it was through Zybez
What makes you want to join us? I want to get back into playing RS casually and i want it to be in a clan im familiar with. I made many friends in WG and im hoping to reconnect with them.

List any previous RS names: I changed my RSN on this account many times when I was skilling, but as a certain fishing boss was released, I settled on Ross Tempo and have stuck with it since.

I have an alt called HA73 thats currently smithing R2H on free-to-play. I used to use it as a cooking/bbd/wyvern alt but since I play it so irregularly I'm just doing F2P for now.

I played during the old "simply RuneScape" era (some ppl would say RuneScape Classic, but that's not right!) before all this fancy 3D character model stuff. I was F2P, a kid and thought it was really unfair how people could pay money to unlock OP content to skill and make money super easy.

I heard about OSRS when it started being promoted by the YouTube algorithm in 2019-2020, and learned that you can buy membership with bonds now. So OSRS had been unlocked from its "pay-to-win" shackles! I was determined to earn a bond with a F2P account. I chose iron man first, but after a week or so realized that I'm never gonna earn a bond as F2P iron man, so I created my current main account as a "bond earning" account.

Once I earned my first bond within a few weeks, I wanted to build my account so I could earn bonds easily for my iron man. Then my completionist instincts started kicking in, and I just wanted to unlock "that one more thing", and whoops. I got carried away, got 2277 total level, quest/diary/music capes and now I'm hunting for pets. I've got 9 so far on my collection log, and I'm the proudest of my Hellpuppy and Tiny tempor pets.

I have been on Valiant, where I met "A Mythrandir". Valiant not a bad clan at all, but perhaps a little inactive. We did some GWD with A Mythrandir, and this one person I did GWD with hopped clans. They suggested that I might want to join WG so I joined the CC for a while as guest to check out the atmosphere. Everything looked good, so I decided to throw the application.

I'm a bit wary on putting too much personal information out there. I don't have much of any social media accounts and value my privacy. But here goes:

I'm from Europe, in my 30s right now. I do a lot of escapism. Before corona it was techno parties, now under quarantine it mostly OSRS. I own a vinyl collection and a pair of Technics SL1200 record players. I love how analog playing vinyl is, and I've played at some techno parties too.

I've worked in IT and I'm a pretty good programmer too, even if I say so myself. I've created a little website that use for making GE offers as a passive moneymaker. It uses the new minute-by-minute price updates from OSRS Wiki API. It even has a bit of an userbase yay
 
Recently I've been into cooking too, my latest fad is making amazing vegetable soups~!
 
How did you hear about us?  A Mythrandir recommended this clan to me
What makes you want to join us? The long history and stability seems like something I want to be a part in, as well as having a bit more interpersonal ties and activity than a regular clan. I spend lots of time in this game, so I'd prefer to be in a clan where people are active and know a little bit about each other.

I been playing for 5 to 6 yesrs on and off. I been mostly a solo player doing solo content, started bossing 3 yesrs ago with people i met on RS, learned bosses such as godwars and raids.

 
Tell us about your clan history.
My clan was a pvm/pk active, mainly pvm I started the clan with 3 people and we had about 30 people active. Slowly the clan started to decline since most of the high lvl pvmers weren't as active as they use to be. The clan slowly started losing people and started gaining more lower lvl players, people you couldn't do high lvl content with. One of the main clan leaders became an ironman and was only interested to play ironman and the clan slowly started growing with many low lvl ironman. Now the clan is all lower to mid lvl ironman mostly with only a few high lvl that aren't active enough to pvm. Leading me to look for a clan that will help me do higher lvl content.

I'm a full time coder, I work at home a lot allowing me to play runescape pretty much all day long. I'm not married nor do I have kids, so yeah I play a lot of oldschool. Besides that I love motorcycles, I own a Harley Davidson which is my pride and joy, I live in Vermont U.S, so I grew up hiking, biking and snowboarding. I'm friendly and not a toxic player at all.

I have been playing runescape since around 2006 and have always enjoyed every aspect of the game. My name means what it means "Plumped" :D, favorite skill is range-slayer, I love pking when the wilderness is active. Staking was fun for me, but I have stopped that addiction recently...lol

I was born and raised in Florida, 25 yrs old. I am a sys admin for a very large banking corporation. I am majoring in Computer systems slowly but surely will be getting it completed. I love to surf occasionally, lift weights and go on runs with my dog. I like all type of music with alternative rock being the most enjoyable to me.

If you want some suggestions on things to do then diaries are always useful unlocks and good to work towards, you can chip away at skill reqs you need for those.
 
But don't force yourself to play lol, if you only enjoy coming on to pk then do that. If eventually you feel like playing more then that's cool too
 
 

I'm curious to know how other WG member's avoid getting burnt out. I can only manage to PK at this point and nothing else. All other content besides staking or pking is just boring... Any suggestions?

Alright listen up everyone, some gains of gargantuan volume have been attained since the last update. let me fill you in as to whats been happening in the virtual land of Bronze Moose.
 
First of all the stats. We have since achieved the following milestones;
99 Farming, 99 HP, 99 Range, 2k Total and 90 Herblore

As for the bank progress,
I've been stuck inside corrupted gauntlet for the past month or 2 trying to get a BowFa but have been drier than an Al Kharidian camel, which is bad. However it does bump up the bank value quite a bit with all the common drops, which is good.
 
New/Current goals:
- Obtain Bowfa
- Use Bowfa to complete zulrah and all gwd (minus kree since arma is useless with crystal armour now)
- Grind cox for Rig/Aug (potentially camp longer depending on luck with scrolls)

I joined runescape back in 2005 (I think) played and clanned until the evolution of combat, and like most I quit when EOC became what it is. I joined back when Old School Runescape went live and rejoined my clan Pure Hatred and Krunal930 and grinded out until work required me to be less active and I had to retire from that clan. Once graduating school and things died down in my life I joined the clan Ronin. Stayed with Ronin until Ronin pretty much disband due to inactive members. I then joined Vanguard under Venenatis, I ended up leaving Vanguard to help a friend start his own clan and venture into the PVP scene. That clan Paragon lasted like 3 weeks before thee leader agreed to join the clan Nothing Left. Yup I was in that clan, I wanted to come clean in this because I have nothing to hide. Nothing Left and the PVP scene took a toll on me, phone being blown up at all hours while im pursuing my career. As many of you know it was just a toxic environment and I was kicked because I stopped going to their fights.

I was in Nothing Left, I was nothing more than a pawn in that clan. I didn't know the Hate or drama that was associated with WG and NL members, I was flat out told just hate WG. So if my name is familiar thats where it would be from, but I'm hoping my name isn't familiar. I'm a grown ass man and the WG NL drama was childish and I'm not about that. I am actually banned from WG discord, I honestly dont remember why or what, I believe my name was recognized as an NL member and I was kicked from the discord. So if I could get an unban to access that would be great! All I am asking for is a chance to be part of this group and I hope no one judges me for my previous clan cuz Im not about that NL stuff and I take full ownership for it.
