Check out reddit for some ideas. Go to r/banktabs and have a look around. You can search for early game, med game, and late game setups once in the subreddit.

I also don't think it will help with the racketeering, and that it mainly hurts pkers. The PvM loot is 20% less and PvMers will be damaged more resulting in shorter (read: safer, less risk) trips on average. It is still 4m/hr on average with protection if it's an even 20% nerf. Why would anyone stop protecting?
