If you have any cash in your bank at all that you are not using you can still flip 
 
My best examples for very low cost flips are VIALS OF WATER and FEATHERS. If you buy them 1GP BELOW GE SELLING PRICE, you can reliably sell them at or 1gp above the ge price. Doesn't sound like much, but for every 4-5 gp you invest you can make 1-2gp. That is the equivalent to earning 20-50% guaranteed on each investment. 

Grats on 99 crafting  You'll find both agility and rc to be rather easy if you don't watch every xp drop

Well a lot of the better consistent money makers are solo bosses like vorkath and zulrah. Outside of that for a bit more socialising during content I like doing some group gwd or corp beast as I hate grinding the solo money makers.
 
Truth is PVM is a very broad concept. If you want some actual challenge? Yeah you should be doing ToB or if you want to work up to that do some CoX. Looking at your stats however, just focus on levelling up right now and enjoy the grind. Hell if you wanna get into making a bit of profit get into slayer and train your stats up that way. Once your higher levelled there are plenty of opportunities to go on pvm trips with clan mates. Not just that but a good number of solo bosses are locked behind slayer as well

Finally bit the bullet tonight and sold up a heap of stuff from my pure account i havent used for over a month and the cash i had banked i finished of my prayer book 😍
Hopefully a solid investment that will pay itself off over time
 

Crystal shield is the most OVERPOWERED shield for multifights in the wild, the only requirements are roving elves quests and 70 defence and 50 agility. 

Comparison vs a rune kiteshield: (34 more range defense bonus)

 
 
The first shield you're going to buy is going to cost 750k, after that its 600k > 450k > 300k and after that its 150k forever. Very cheap and OVERPOWERED.  

 
Getting them:
Ilfeen will recharge crystal weapon seeds into crystal bows, crystal halberds, or crystal shields. She can be found teleporting back and forth between two clearings in Isafdar. After completing Song of the Elves, she can be found in the south-west part of Prifddinas.

H58 was pretty well dead on. The faster you level the easier it is to make money, grind as hard as you can and don't worry about your bank, that comes with time.
