  1. Ah a classic, couple of close ones but I think teleportation edges it for me, being on lock down so long has got me itching to go places
  2. Italian is definitely my favourite cuisine, I love a decent pizza like many here it seems, but if I had to pick one it'd be pasta.
  3. Glad to see you decided to apply after lurking in the CC, good luck with your app!

  8. I'm from the UK so I voted for that, I travel a lot and almost spend more time outside the country than in it though, usually around Europe (currently Greece) so timezone pretty close to the UK anyway.
  9. I just had to stop by and say what a well written and thought out post @WG Townsman. Personally, I tend to usually stay well clear subjects like this, even though I have very good friends and even family that are Americans, and have visited several times myself and plan to continue to do so in the future. It is a very touchy subject and at the end of the day I'm not a citizen so despite how many links I have and how much data/statistics I can read, there's still elements I'll always be missing as someone who isn't a citizen. We've all got to admin, as Townsman alluded to there's certainly no "easy fix", and banning weapons won't suddenly make them disappear, the types that are willing to go out and do such atrocities won't really have a problem trying to acquire a weapon on the black market either. It's a really tough situation but I think both sides can agree something definitely needs to be done, what needs to be done unfortunately I think will get bogged down in red tape and legislation for many years to come either way and it's unfortunate that innocent victims will have to bear the brunt of that.
  10. I spent a few years in Singapore where KPOP is very popular indeed, before heading there I'd never really listened to any, was very quickly introduced to a lot of the popular artists by my girlfriend at the time. Don't really follow it anymore, but have a few songs in the library, got to say music aside the work they put into their MVs and other aspects of performance like dance is unreal compared to most "western" artists.
  11. Never really enjoyed Ninja as a content creator (prefer more chill streamers), but I do admire the man's business sense and work ethic, no doubt he negotiated a massive contract with Mixer to make the switch, he was slowly falling off in terms of viewers/subs so great move on his part to capitalise on how much he blew up last year. Now he'll be top dog again, albeit on a different platform, and as others have mentioned Twitch will have to step up and take notice that although Mixer doesn't have anywhere near the market share they aren't afraid to pull stunts like this to acquire talent and get their name out there.
  12. Stuck with my laptop due to the amount of travel I do, not a fan of playing very resource-heavy games on a laptop so just OSRS on there. I do have my PS4 with me (PSN: Cronnie), haven't been playing much recently as nothing really new/exciting recently, I did put a fair amount of hours in Battlefield V though, been a long-time fan of the series been playing BF games since the first one (BF 1942).
  13. Nice setup! Building my own rigs was a hobby I picked up many years ago, built around seven so far (three were mine and their upgrades over time, rest were for friends/family - I'll need to have a look if I can find some old pics to post here). Unfortunately due to the amount of travel I do these days gaming on a desktop isn't very practical so I've had to hang it up for now while I'm stuck using a laptop, will definitely be keeping an eye on the thread though.
  14. Appreciate all the warm welcomes, looking forward to getting to know everyone better.
  15. Over the years I've had more PlayStations than the Xbox, this gen I went with the PS4 but I'm definitely eager to see what both Sony and Microsoft bring to the table with next-gen on the horizon for 2020.
  16. Been a while since I've needed to cram for an exam, but one thing that helped me greatly was getting out of my house if I planned to do a serious study session. Eliminated a lot of the temptations for procrastination being nearby, and helped me keep focus on actually revising.
  17. Nice, great tip! Still got a little way to sort out my fresh account as a returning player but will definitely keep this in mind for my PvP pure planned down the line, definitely seems worth the investment.
  18. Please join our Discord server and read the #joining_wg channel to see the final step in the process. CronnieRS What is your current RS name? CronnieRS List any previous RS names: What is your total level and combat level? Total: 832 (edit: 885 since posting) CB: 62 (edit: 65 since posting) (I understand these are probably on the lower end, however do note I'm a returning player with a fresh account that's just under two weeks old, have been focusing on getting quests done and skilling to sustain income for bonds, but now that I have some decent income streams expect levels, CB especially, to rise very quickly) Tell us about your RuneScape account and history. My first stint in RS was many years ago (started playing around 2003), I couldn't manage to recover that account so started this one from scratch roughly two weeks ago, was quite the nostalgia trip going through the Lumbridge tutorial and going through several of the classic quests again. So although there's not much of a history with this account in particular, as a player there it stretches back pretty far. In regards to activities, I'm not quite at the stage where I can PvP much yet but I did enjoy a mix of both PvM and PvP before, including a seperate pure account which I might consider down the line once I get this account upto scratch. Tell us about your clan history. I was in a relatively small clan of just some family and friends but nothing of note or would be recognised given the small size and closed nature. Tell us about your yourself. I'm a 28 year old guy who is British but as I work from home I travel a lot and spend more time outside the UK than in. I spent a few years in Asia (Singapore to be specific) studying IT and got my degree in Business back home in the UK. I'm currently an independent contractor doing freelance work for a web design firm, but am also studying part time to further develop my coding knowledge and advance further into development. I use to play a fair amount of FPS games on PC, but with travelling having a desktop around isn't too convenient and I don't like to tax my laptop too much (a plus for OSRS!), so I do also game occasionally on my PS4. Outside of gaming I quite like sport, both watching it such as F1 Racing and also playing Football/Tennis, I also quite enjoy running. In regards to music I enjoy a wide mix of genres, my playlists can vary a lot whether I'm at the gym or having something on in the background while I work for example. How did you hear about us? OSRS Forums What makes you want to join us? One of the most attractive aspects at first was definitely the tenure and how long the clan has been running, clans can quite easily come and go, so for one to be going strong after so many years for me was a clear sign things were being done right. Another reason is the recommended, but not hard requirements, when it comes to CB/Total level. I have a lot of playtime and it won't take me long to reach the recommended levels, but as a social player the opportunity to join a clan and be part of a community while I level up the account and get it up to scratch sounds great. Do you agree to the rules and requirements of WG and understand that this is an honour clan? Yes Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: I have not had any infractions/ToS rule breaks before.
