That's a very good price range. You can get something quite decent even with a pre-built tax. Unfortunately I don't know where to look for pre-builts as I usually recommend self-building, so I'm not sure where to start but I'll do my best. I'm also sorry in advance if I sound overly picky but being someone that tends to work & recommend self-builts, I am naturally very picky about the details on each PC build as I'm used to picking the best/optimal components for each system. So naturally I will try to do the same for a pre-built. 1,000 pounds is still a lot of money. Best that you get the most out of that and not unnecessarily spend on something that sounds nice but doesn't actually do much.
 
First of all, with the new influx of the latest CPU and GPU hardware from NVidia and AMD. I would suggest waiting a couple of months until the 3060Ti starts to get recommended in pre-builts. For the same price of a RTX 2060/2070, the 3060Ti is far far better, and also a better bang for your buck.
The absolute perfect recommendation is from the rasberry pi website. That 1,200 option would be the most ideal scenario:

However, due to current shortages in stock: good luck finding that CPU and GPU. And even if you find it, good luck buying it at MSRP. This is why I suggested waiting. But if waiting is not an option for you, here's what I think:
 
Since you've listed streaming/editing as one of your main uses for this PC built. I really like @Flocked_Up config suggestion. My only issue is that Power Supply is pretty bad for it. I would advise asking them if they can upgrade that.
It would also be nice if the RAM could be at 3600MHz instead.

The build recommended by @Ghost Sabre with the 32GB of RAM, though it uses the Intel CPU, it's still very good. A decent build overall but a bit pricey IMO. Although if you're gonna spend 15-20 extra on a power supply, I would suggest Seasonic's Focus Plus models instead of the Focus Core models as they still use an older Topology.
 
Assuming that you will be streaming in 720p or 1080p, as well as recording and editing 1080p videos (I advise staying away from 1440p and 4K at this price range as even though the PC can handle it, the editing process will be rather frustrating), the ideal minimum specs that you need at your budget is the following:
- A 6-core 12-thread CPU with good multi-threading performance (Intel 10th gen or newer but preferably AMD 3rd gen or newer).
- 2x8Gb of 3000MHz ram for the intel CPU or 2x8GB 3600MHz for the AMD CPU. Please ensure that the RAM configuration comes in a 2x8GB format and not a single 16GB stick. You will need to bandwidth from dual channel memory that comes on a 2x8GB and a motherboard that supports the feature.
- Either a DRAM 2.5" SATA SSD or an NVMe SSD for your OS drive. 
- Any GDDR6 Graphics Card (preferably Nvidia) with at least 6GB of Video Memory to take advantage of the new Nvidia NVENC Encoder in Streaming/Recording platforms. This will allow you the flexibility of using your GPU power to stream/record when you are playing a CPU intensive game since your GPU won't be working as hard. Or to use your CPU power to stream/record when you are playing a GPU intensive game as your CPU won't be working as hard.

I had a look at the two websites you guys suggested OC-UK and Scan, I noticed that anything below 1200 pounds is still using previous gen stuff. Which in a lot of cases was a big step down in performance and value IMO.

Although ONLY buy it if you are allowed to ask them to upgrade that Power Supply. I would highly advise against using that Power Supply on a system like that.

v0id pk3d is my main. Been playing rs since ~2006 and osrs since around the time it released. I've had several accounts as I used to be an avid pker. I currently have a main, a max 60 atk zerker, and a max 75 atk pure. Lately I've been playing Trailblazer league and have reached near 25000 points, pushing for rune tier before Jan 6. I've taken this opportunity to learn both nightmare and TOB.

I play SC2 but I'm not very good at it yet. I only tried coop once and I was confused on how it works. I mostly play 4v4 team matches as Terran and do my best to spend down my resources asap because I hate having teammates who sit on thousands of minerals early in the game and I don't want to be that guy, lol. The hotkeys are still something the muscle memory in my fingers are getting used to.
 
Oh, and I bought Elder Scrolls Online and dabbled an hour or two but it's overwhelming with knowing how much there is to learn. It's just something to try out when I'm bored, and might get into more when I decide to take the time to play more. Mostly, my gaming is OSRS and SC2. I don't get to play SC2 until later in the evening after work but OSRS mobile at work when it's a slow day.

Sabre Ghost's Quick Pure Questing/Training Order
Step by Step - Efficient Quest and Skilling Order!
 
A few people in #osrs asked me to make a quick pure guide. Imagine we're on a PK trip and our lowest level is getting hit by pures. We all log out, and log in on 10-15 pures. BOOM!! FREE LOOT!!!
 
If you guys want more details feel free to PM me or search on Youtube. I have a lot of experience questing/leveling accounts over the years and I've done these kind of quest sequences like 10-15 times. This guide is supposed to be straight to the point with only the bare bones info for quick step by step.
 
Both F2P and P2P starting methods are focused on unlocking minimal cost splashing so you can constantly splash while you're AFK in between quests and training strength/ranged. Unlocking 40 ranged for d'hide vambs will allow you to get the negative mage bonus necessary (-65) to splash every spell while wearing vambs and full iron with a Smoke staff. Getting P2P straight away is more efficient and faster, but starting out in F2P is nice if you don't want to buy a bond until you really want to grind. It will allow you to splash your magic pretty high before you get members.
 
Remember, this guide is the efficient quest and training order to create a sick PKing pure with minimal effort. So if you want Mith gloves, Crystal Bow, Anchor, etc. then do some of your own research in addition to this.

Don't train past 43 until you know you've done all the prayer quests you want... you don't want to end up with a weird prayer level depending on if you want 45 or 52. Quest: Horror from the Deep ( is best done at 40~ ranged to take advantage of XP reward. It has an agility req with an efficient order. Do it after The Grand Tree. See below.
Quest: Temple of Ikov is best done at 40~ ranged to take advantage of XP reward. It's a req for Desert Treasure, but it has a thieving req with an efficient order. See below.
 
Splashing
Quest: Imp Catcher (875 Magic)
Quest: Witches Potion (325 Magic)
Train: Strike Spells until level 13 Magic. (You could skip Imp Catcher and Witch's Potion if you want to just splash Air/Water/Earth Strike until level 13)
Splash: Whenever you're AFK, splash Fire Strike with a Smoke Staff.
It's best to have a high mage level so you can kill all these quest bosses very easily. Might as well splash to 75 for fire wave early on, and use Smoke Staff and Occult necklace!

From this point just AFK Strength/Ranged at Sand Crabs/NMZ and Splash Fire Strike/Fire Wave or Ice Burst! If you want low combat, try doing Pest Control and using the points on Ranged/Strength, Cannoning, or even Ranging Guild mini-game to keep your HP lower. Good luck!!!

Thanks  @Ghost Sabre  to your guide I have finally encouraged myself after 15 years playing to create a pure, it has been faster than I thought to do everything you have in the guide, I have not tried to do everything as quickly as possible but I honestly thought it would take much longer than it has been, now it's time to tr ain the stats.

I assume you want the UK layout with the small left shift key with slash next to it and the angled return key. Yes definitely mechanical. The question is do you want clicky switches with tactile feedback, or do you want linear switches that tend to perform faster for gaming?

Blue switches are typically the louder with heavier clicky key presses, but they are also the least expensive which is the main reason to buy them. Blue switches provide a satisfying typing and productivity experience, and perform just fine for gaming!
 
For 20 - 34 GBP you can get these inexpensive black RGB mechanical keyboards with blue switches. I always prefer the more compact versions, but if you are doing calculations or data entry on a regular basis you should robably get it with the number pad.

For slightly more money you can start looking at Brown switches which are a bit softer and feel faster while gaming, but still provide tactile feedback and a soft click for a satisfying typing experience. A little more will get you red linear switches which don't have the feedback click mechanism and perform even faster for gaming with a 2.0mm actuation. The next step is speed switches with 1.2mm or better. Speed switches are cherry silvers or razer yellows. Theres also expensive linear optical switches from several brands.

Ive been firmly planted inside nightmare zone for like the last two weeks for this exact reason. But its worth it to push yourself those couple cmb levels more man, bossing is loads of fun! And you dont need the 99s to do GWD bosses, for example. Just hang out in discord / clan chat while you're levelling. If you find long grinds boring, just afk at nmz like me and a lot of others have done. 🙂

Alright so, where my fellow lvl 90s-sub 100s at? im 97 cb right now and looking for other players around the same combat to do some random activites/skilling whatever with. I'm not quite ready to raid & boss and i've never really been into pvp. Most of the guys i've noticed in here are way above my combat and doing content i cant. With that said, where my fellow noobs of WG at?

A few people asked for this so heres a quick guide on getting some quick Ma2 capes for pk trips.
 (Note: this is how I do it but there may be better guides out there, also I only get zamarak capes)
 
Gear I use:

Depending on what cape your hunting the staff and runes will change, also staff below will auto cast god spells:
 
Toxic staff of the dead - Flames of Zamorak
Staff of light - Saradomin strike
Staff of balance - Claws of Guthix
 
As your in deep wild there may be pkers.

 
Ma2 possible boss spawn locations:

 (Note - your boss locations will always be the same as when you found them during the mini quest)

Red = Zammy
Green = Guthix
Blue = Sara
