2013 was the tenth complete year of the Wilderness Guardians, and the beginning of Old-School RuneScape alongside RuneScape 3.

Summary

With the release of Old-School RuneScape in early 2013, WG and many other clans experienced a major surge in activity. DG was phased out, though a non-PvP arm (Silent Guardians) was created which would later cater for the RuneScape 3 aspect of the clan, upon RS3's release in July. In OSRS, the clan saw mnay old names returning and some of the best turnouts in years - they had their first OSRS war in May, and would be fighting the likes of Reign of Terror during PK trips. The success calmed down a bit as the year went on, though WG saw the release of a new recruitment video, and a short-lived rivalry with Jaja took place.
