Finally all finished with quests/diaries/music! 
 

Thought I'd post this for some people to have a laugh at my expense.
 
Thanks to @Why Try Guy motivating me in competition, and @Corbula's magic skilling competition, I finally got 90->99 magic! I'm currently sitting pretty @ 3rd place in the competition ( @koods also got 90->99 this comp, and he took my 2nd place spot!).
 
Once I got 99 Magic, I couldn't bring myself to keep grinding magic XP while my ranged was also sitting @ 90. I figured if I was gonna keep spending time at monkeys, I should be chinning instead of doing magic, for best account progress. So I did!
 
Big disclaimer: I did this extremely inefficiently. For me AFKness is the real value, so that means as few clicks as possible. That meant that rather than standing in the corner of the room and doing the walk thingy to stack the monkeys, I just stood with auto retaliate and let the monkeys come to me. This dramatically reduces XP rates by like 20-30% (and thus increases costs by that amount), but that's super worth it if you're someone who only wants to click on their client ~once every 6-10 mins or so (rather than having to click multiple times per minute).
 
So anyway here's the supplies use for 90->99 Magic, and 90->99 ranged...

Tell us about your RuneScape account and history.
I started playing runescape back in 2007. My first account was called Scroogey and during my first pking trip I got backstabed and pked for studded chaps, a hard leather body, and a chefs hat; I was furious and ragequit the account to start a new account called addytiger.

In 2007-2011 I really enjoyed minigames such as castle wars, stealing creation, and fist of guthix.

I played on Addytiger from 2007 until 2011 and managed to get over 2k total level and max my combat stats. I quit playing runescape in March of 2011 due to my upcoming GSCE's.

Started playing runescape again in 2014 or 2015 as I had missed the feeling of the game.
 
Tell us about your clan history.
WG was the first official runescape clan I have ever been a part of. I Joined back in 2016 and was active for a few months. I did dabble in some pure pking clans on an alt account for a few weeks but was not impressed by the attitude or mentality of the clan members (very immature, racist and homophobic jokes, etc.).

I have been lurking in WG CC since 2016. I make an effort to talk in the CC and go to GWD or other events with players in the clan chat despite not being ranked myself.

26 year old male from the UK.
I have lived in several countries before such as Canada, and Australia, and i'm planning to teach english in Korea within the next few years.

Due to the pandemic/lockdowns all I really do nowadays is play video games and go for walks. :l
 
How did you hear about us?  I found out about WG through the official OSRS forums back in 2016
What makes you want to join us? I really like the chill atmosphere in WG. Everyone in the clan is friendly and willing to help eachother.
 
Do you agree to the rules and requirements of WG and understand that this is an honour clan? Yes
 
Come clean about anything that may deter us from accepting you: I am prone to long streaks of inactivity. I like to grind OSRS for a few months and then take a long break and play other games. However I am usually active on discord or steam so I can still be reached quite easily.

I previously applied for WG and was accepted back in July of 2020, however I didn't graduate as I didn't post enough on the forums. I took a break from OSRS for 6 months shortly after my application.

Most of what I have posted above has been copy and pasted from my previous application last year, not much has changed in my life since then so i've only added a few extra details.

Tell us about your RuneScape account and history.
This account is about two years old, I put a lot of time into it in the beginning, completed ds2 i grinded out vorkath for a while then quit. But as you know one doesn't just quit Runescape so over the last couple years ive been on and off. Recently, however ive been playing with a few friends irl and this has steeled up my motivation to raid and engage in other endgame content, i am currently working on learning raids (I just completed olm phase one right before filling out this application.) As for my history on Runescape I have played rs since classic on and off (i bought my first and last p hat set for the same price, 30k =)

I have bounced around from clan to clan (clans i found on the jagex forums,) for a while now nothing has really been a fit, i must say its been very difficult to find a clan that does what it says it does in its description.

As for me I am from the USA i am a traveler and am working on finishing my college degree, currently I work on a ranch and no, I am not enjoying the winter... haha anyway I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!

What makes you want to join us? Well at first i joined souly on LIIonhearts recommendation but after reading your charter i am very interested in both the pvp and pvm aspects of your clan, I haven't found a clan that combines the two well and that is what i am interested in.

Yeah so if yall haven't seen me around much its cause I been playing Trailblazer and been really busy irl this time of year. I'm actually really happy with what I achieved cause as a casual gamer and full time student it was tough keeping up with people who play 15+ hours a day. I do take pride in game knowledge and efficiency and I'm pretty happy with how fast I maxed despite it not even being my priority when leagues started. Also being in the first 500 to max was incentive to grind out my last few skills cause a few days ago I was hovering 1k lol and saw it was totally possible.
 
I'm kinda lost with what to do now, just gonna maintain dragon for the next month lol guess its end game pvm if yall wanna do some nightmare/tob for anyone who went mory hmuuuu
